Jenna’s passion for all things fitness and wellness started at a young age and has only grown stronger over the years. With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, Jenna has successfully supported many on their path to optimal health. Jenna has taught a variety of group fitness classes, led workshops and retreats, guided meditation and has worked with a diverse group of private clients.

Jenna relocated to Southern California in early 2020 after spending the majority of her life on the East Coast. She is a mother to three girls and is determined to raise them to be strong, kind and courageous.

Jenna is certified in the following: Yoga (with over 500 hours of training), NASM - CPT, Lagree Fitness, Institute for Integrative Nutrition Holistic Health Coaching and more.
